Ingredients:
- For the Orange Jello Layer:
- 1 (3 oz) box Orange Jell-O
- 1 ½ cups Water
For the Pudding Layer: - 1 (3.4 oz) box Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
- 1 ½ cups nonfat Greek yogurt
- For the Whipped Cream Layer:
- 1 (8 oz) tub Frozen nonfat Whipped Topping, thawed
- 2 teaspoons Fresh Orange Zest
- Orange slices, for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare the Jello Layer:
- In a medium bowl, combine the Orange Jell-O powder and water.
- Stir until the powder is completely dissolved.
- Pour the Jell-O mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until completely set.
Prepare the Pudding Layer:
- In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and Greek yogurt until smooth.
- Once the Jell-O layer is set, carefully pour the pudding mixture over the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the pudding layer is set.
Prepare the Whipped Cream Layer:
- In a medium bowl, beat the thawed whipped topping with an electric mixer until smooth and fluffy.
- Stir in the fresh orange zest.
- Spread the whipped cream mixture over the set pudding layer.
