This refreshing and creamy Orange Cream Dessert perfectly ends any meal. This dessert is a delightful combination of flavors and textures with a tangy orange Jell-O base, a creamy vanilla pudding layer, and a light whipped cream topping.

Ingredients:

  • For the Orange Jello Layer:
  • 1 (3 oz) box Orange Jell-O
  • 1 ½ cups Water
    For the Pudding Layer:
  • 1 (3.4 oz) box Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
  • 1 ½ cups nonfat Greek yogurt
  • For the Whipped Cream Layer:
  • 1 (8 oz) tub Frozen nonfat Whipped Topping, thawed
  • 2 teaspoons Fresh Orange Zest
  • Orange slices, for garnish

Instructions:

Prepare the Jello Layer:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the Orange Jell-O powder and water.
  2. Stir until the powder is completely dissolved.
  3. Pour the Jell-O mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until completely set.

Prepare the Pudding Layer:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and Greek yogurt until smooth.
  2. Once the Jell-O layer is set, carefully pour the pudding mixture over the top.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the pudding layer is set.

Prepare the Whipped Cream Layer:

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the thawed whipped topping with an electric mixer until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Stir in the fresh orange zest.
  3. Spread the whipped cream mixture over the set pudding layer.

Serve:

  1. Garnish with orange slices.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
