Banana Baked Oatmeal Recipe

Instructions:

  • To make the banana and oat bake, preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) or 170°C (fan oven). Grease a small ovenproof dish with some cooking oil spray.
  • In a bowl, mix together the oats, mashed banana, baking powder, yogurt, vanilla extract, ½ tablespoon of sukrin gold, and egg. Whisk the ingredients until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into the ovenproof dish and sprinkle the remaining ½ tablespoon of sukrin gold on top.
  • Bake the mixture in the oven for 40 minutes or until it’s set and lightly golden.
  • Once the banana and oat bake is ready, you can serve it with a heaped spoonful of plain yogurt, sliced banana, and a tablespoon of maple syrup drizzled on top. Alternatively, you can serve it with any other toppings of your choice.
