- 100 grams (1/3 cup) of fat-free plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of sukrin gold (or another granulated sweetener of your choice)
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
- A heaped tablespoon of fat-free plain yogurt (for the topping)
