We here at Delish love dumplings of all kinds. (See June’s boiling dumplings, for example, with its homemade wrapper.) But if you want something that’s a little less work intensive (and you love using your air fryer), this recipe is all yours.
you can use chicken in this recipe. Salting and draining the cabbage is critical, you don’t want the filling to be too wet.
They come out perfect every time! Whereas when we steam and pan fry our potstickers I swear we always burn or ruin a few of them. or all of them. They are hardly as temperamental.
You can make a lot of them at once! Whereas when you make potstickers in a pan you can only fit a handful. Thats fine if there’s only one or two servings needed, but for my family I need much more than that.
Serve these with a homemade dipping sauce & enjoy!
