Sweet Potato Roll with Yema Filling

instructions:

  • 3 tablespoon butter or margarine Mix well medium heat Melt
  • Add condensed milk and egg mixture Stir constantly until consistency becomes very think Let it cool
  • In a pot boil 1 kilo sweet potato kamote Boil over medium heat until they are soft about 15-20 minutes Drain water then Peel Mash until smooth
  • Add 2 tablespoon sugar Mix well Knead for 5 minutes
  • Add 2 tablespoon kamote mixture from into a log 1 tsp yema filling 2 eggs 1 cup breadcrumbs Dip in beaten eggs Coat in breadcrumbs
  • Spray air fryer basket or tray with oil. Gently place dough balls in the basket, evenly spaced apart. Lightly spray the tops of the dough balls with oil.
  • Air Fry at 330°F/165°C for 10-14 minutes or until the rolls are cooked through.
  • If your air fryer is preheated or if you are cooking multiple batches, you may need to reduce timing by a few minutes
