Creamy Coleslaw Salad

Instructions:

  • Clean the two cabbages well.
  • Cut them into thin strips and place in a bowl.
  • Grate the carrot and add it to the cabbage.
  • Then add corn and chopped parsley.
  • Mix mayonnaise, mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper and celery seeds.
  • Mix until you get a creamy dressing.
  • Pour the dressing into the bowl and mix well.
  • Serve a quarter of the coleslaw per person.
  • Enjoy!
