Ingredients:

  • 4 garlic cloves, peeled and finely sliced
  • 1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped 600g/ 1lb 6oz fresh squid, cleaned and cut into thim rings or bite-sized pieces juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and freshly ground black
  • Pepper
  • 50g/ 2oz rocket leaves
