Four Ways to Make Overnight Oats

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats and fat-free natural yogurt. Mix well.
  2. Divide the mixture into four bowls or glasses.
  3. To make Peach Melba oats, add the chopped peaches to the oat mixture, cover and chill overnight. In the morning, top with raspberries, extra peach, and dollops of fat-free natural fromage frais.
  4. To make Banana-Berry oats, toss the banana with lemon juice, then add to the oat mixture. Cover and chill overnight. In the morning, top with blueberries, extra banana, and ground cinnamon.
  5. To make Carrot Cake oats, stir the grated carrot and diced pear into the oat mixture. Cover and chill overnight. In the morning, mix the fat-free natural fromage frais with the plain quark and sweetener, then divide over the oats. Top with extra pear and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
  6. To make Hot Apple Pie oats, stir in the mixed spice, cover and chill overnight. In the morning, microwave the oat mixture in a heatproof bowl on high for 1 minute to warm through. Divide the mixture between four bowls or glasses, then top with the diced apple, fat-free natural yogurt, and a sprinkling of mixed spice.
