Ingredients:
- Cooking spray
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and finely chopped
- Sliced tinned new potatoes
- 200g mushrooms, quartered
- 6 medium eggs
- 60ml skimmed milk
- 60g grated reduced-fat cheddar cheese
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 4 cherry tomatoes, halved
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas4. Spray an 8-inch/20cm flan dish or sandwich tin with cooking spray.
