Cook in the air fryer at 400° F | 205° C for 10 minutes
Reduce heat and cook ribs at 325° F | 162°C for up to 20 minutes. Use a meat thermometer, keeping your beef ribs between 190°F | 88°C and 203°F | 95°C.
Notes:
If your ribs are super big, you may need to cut them into smaller pieces to fit in the air fryer. Try to keep them in the largest chunks possible so that they retain as much moisture as possible. You can also baste with your favorite barbecue sauce for the last 10 minutes if you prefer.
After coating the ribs in the BBQ sauce, be sure not to air fry for too much longer than 5 minutes. The sugars in the BBQ sauce can easily burn, especially if the ribs are big and next to the heating element in the air fryer.
If you are unsure if your ribs are done, use a meat thermometer to check them. They should be at least 145˚F (63˚C) internally.
