Instructions:
- Take a Sauce pan n boil Soya Chaap sticks in water for 10-12 mins with little salt
- Once done, drain the water n let it cool
- Meanwhile prepare the Marination.
- Take a big mixing bowl add all the indredients for Marination n mix it well
- Once the Soya Chaap are cooled down , take out the sticks n cut the chaap into small pieces
- Now put all the Chaap pieces in the prepared marination n combine it well
- Keep it in the fridge for minimum 3-4 hours…
- Now Pre-heat the Air fryer, put a foil paper on the Wire Rack (so that the Marination doesn’t drip n stick to Chaap).
- Now spread the marinated chaap on the rack n air-fry for 10 mins at 200’c first, then turn the sides of chaap n again air-fry for 10 mins at 200’c
- Once crisp take them out
- Transfer it on serving plate n drizzle chaat masala, lime juice on top
- Serve hot with Mint-Corriander Chutney n Onion rings
Notes:
If using dried soya chaap, soak them in water so that they get rehydrated. Then use them in the recipe.
