instructions:
- Cut the chicken into small pieces
- In a bowl, mix eggs, black pepper, salt, sweet paprika, add olive oil, onions and cheese, then add the chicken and let it marinate (chicken can be marinated for a longer time as well).
- Cut the cabbage in half through the core. Cut each core again and repeat the process
- Pour 1/4 cup of water under the air fryer basket. Preheat the air fryer at 360 degrees for 5 minutes
- Put the cabbage pieces in the basket of the preheated air fryer and put a tablespoon of butter in the middle of each piece or sprinkle with a tablespoon of olive oil and sprinkle with the chosen spices (we use what is mentioned above)
- Put the chicken evenly in the middle of each piece
- Roast for 6 to 9 minutes or until chicken is golden and fully cooked
Note:
- Cube the chicken into even bite-sized pieces. This helps with even cooking.
- Divide the seasoning and oil into two bowls to season the chicken and the cabbage separately.
- Add Italian seasoning and smoked paprika to further season the dish.
- Check the temperature of the chicken with a meat thermometer. When the internal chicken has reached 165 degrees F or 74 degrees C, remove it to a plate. Continue to cook the cabbage as needed.
- Cook the cabbage for 6 – 8 minutes until it has reached the desired tenderness and has the desired amount of char.
- Storage keep in an airtight container inside the fridge for up to 4 days.
- There are 2 WW Blue Plan SmartPoints in one serving of this.
