Air Fryer Bubble Bread

Instructions:

  • 1) Add in egg x1, milk 120g, instant dry yeast 3g sugar 20g, mix it well
  • 2) Mix the 2g salt with 200g bread flour. Add the mixture into batter mix till no flour seen
  • 3) Add the 15g melted unsalted butter into dough, then mix it well
  • 4) Wrap the dough & ferment it until doubled in size
  • 5) Sprinkle some bread flour on the dough & mat. Then cut the dough into 3 portions. 1 portion for air fryer recipe, another 2 portions for oven recipe

  • a) Cut the dough evenly, fold it for few times roll it into small bubble shape
  • b)Each bubble shape dough need to leave some space in between
  • c)Place it to ferment to double the size,after that spread on some milk
  • d)Bake in preheat oven for 15-18min in 160C
  • e)After Baked spread on some melted unsalted butter
  • 7) (Air Fryer Recipe):
  • a)Cut the dough evenly, fold it for few times & roll it into small bubble shape
  • b)Each bubble shape dough need to leave some space in between
  • c)Place it to ferment to double the size,after that spread on some milk
  • d)Over with Aluminum foil, then put in preheat air fryer for 1st bake in 10min 160C
  • e) Check after 10min, then remove the aluminum foil and continue air fry for another 5-8min (adjust accordingly
  • f)After Baked spread on some melted unsalted butter
