Air Fryer Beef Chops and Potatoes

Instructions:

  1. We preheat our fryer to 180 degrees and 5 minutes.
  2. Wash potatoes (if required) and pat them dry.
  3. We cut our potatoes in half and make some cuts. Place in a large bowl, drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil Season with garlic powder, herbs, and salt.
  4. We program 190 degrees and 9 minutes and while we prepare the meat.
  5. We season the meat with garlic powder, herbs, oil and salt. We season it on both sides.
  6. We wait for the 9 minutes of the potatoes to finish and put our metal rack and the meat on top to do both. We program at 180 degrees and 7 minutes. When you have 3 minutes left, turn the meat and let it finish.
  7. We serve and… enjoy!!

Notes

  1. You can also use regular potatoes cut into 1-2 inch pieces. Choose a roasting variety, such as Yukon Gold, Maris Piper, Agria, or Sebago potatoes, or another red, yellow or golden variety.
  2. Or make a simple homemade mix from: 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon brown sugar, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, and ½ teaspoon salt.
  3. Use an instant-read thermometer.
  4. Or use tongs to quickly flip them if you have a tray type air fryer.
