Air Fryer Apricot Glazed Chicken Drumsticks

Instructions:

TO MAKE THE SWEET AND SPICY APRICOT GLAZE

  1. Combine apricot preserves, mustard, chili powder, and soy sauce in a small saucepan and whisk to combine.
  2. Heat over low until slightly thickened, about 5 to 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and set aside.

TO MAKE THE CHICKEN

  1. Spray the chicken and the air fryer basket with olive oil.
  2. Combine salt, pepper and seasoned salt in a small bowl.
  3. Place chicken in air fryer basket and sprinkle with half of the seasoning mixture.
  4. Cook at 370 degrees for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove chicken and flip. Spray with more olive oil and sprinkle with remaining seasonings.
  6. Place chicken back in the air fryer and cook an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Remove chicken and brush with sauce and cook for another 2 minutes.
