A Healthy and Delicious Breakfast: Homemade Granola

Ingredients:

  • 400g canned chickpeas (reserved aquafaba)
  • 275g plain porridge oats
  • 3 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for vegan)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Fruit & Nut Version 

  • 75g dried apricots
  • 25g flaked almonds

Chocolate Version 

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 50g milk chocolate chips
