INSTRUCTIONS:
- 1. Slice Jalapenos in half lengthwise- keeping the stem on the end
- 2. Using small spoon scrape out ribs and seeds from Jalapenos and discard that’s where the heat is – so keep some in if you want more spice
- 3. In a bowl mix together Softened cream cheese cojack and sausage
- 4. Using the spoon fill the jalapeno halves with the cream cheese mixture. Feel free to mound it up a little
- 5. Take a slice of bacon and wrap around the stuffed jalapeno- pull tightly if you have any extra hanging off trim that off and use on another half.
- 6. Place the Jalapenos on a parchment lined rimmed baking sheet
- 7. Baste with bbq sauce. I like Williamson Bros because it’s a thin sauce with a lot of seasoning

- 1. Bake at 425 for 30 minutes
- 2. Air fryer at 400 for 10 minutes
- 3. Grill at 400 for 25 minutes
