Delicious Frozen Yogurt Bombs with Cookie Crumble and Berries

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Cookie Crumble: Using a food processor, grind 2 of the cookies into fine crumbs. Roughly chop the remaining cookies and set them aside in a bowl.
  2. Combine Yogurt and Flavorings: Add the yogurt, condensed milk, and chopped cookies to the bowl. Stir everything together until well combined.
  3. Assemble the Frozen Bombs: Divide the yogurt mixture evenly between 4 small molds or ramekins (around 150ml capacity). Gently press a few whole berries into each mold as you fill them.
  4. Top with Crumble and Freeze: Sprinkle the reserved cookie crumbs on top of each mold, creating an even layer. Gently press down to slightly compact the mixture. Freeze the filled molds for at least 2 hours, or until completely solid. The frozen bombs will keep for up to 1 month in the freezer.
  5. Serving: When ready to enjoy, dip the molds briefly in hot water (about 5 seconds) to loosen the frozen bombs. Invert them onto plates and let them soften for up to 30 minutes before serving. Garnish with additional fresh berries for extra visual appeal (optional).

Tips:

  1. For a richer flavor, use full-fat yogurt instead of the fat-free version.
  2. If you don’t have condensed milk, you can substitute with melted maple syrup or honey.
  3. Experiment with different cookie and berry combinations to create your own unique flavor variations.
