- Preheat your AirFryer to 200°C.
- 2. Wash and cut the cabbage leaves into 3cm strips.
- 3. Drizzle with oil and mix well and place the leaves in the fryer basket.
- 4. Lower the temperature to 180°C and set the timer for 30 minutes.
- 5. The cooking time will depend on the food, so pay attention and, if necessary, remove it beforehand or leave it in the fryer for a few more minutes.
- 6. Try to turn or stir the vegetables every 10 minutes, preventing them from burning.
- 7. Remove when crispy, salt and serve immediately
