We make our breast in the air fryer painted with a few drops of oil at 180 degrees and 13 minutes. We take it out and We shred it or cut it into very small pieces.
Transfer the meat to a bowl. Add barbecue sauce, paprika, salt, garlic powder, onion and oregano. We mix everything until it takes the color of the photos. If you see that more sauce is needed, add it.
We stretch our dough and divide it in two in half. With one of the sides we make 8 triangles, and with the other, another 8 to have 16 in total.
We take baking paper (or the one that comes with the dough), and put a breakfast bowl in the middle. Around it we place the triangles of the dough as in the photos until we make a kind of sun. We add grated cheese around the dough, then a layer of the meat mixture, and cheese again as in the photos. We close the ends and pass it to the air fryer. We cut the paper too much and it became tedious to transfer it to the air fryer without breaking the dough. The best thing, as I say, is to do everything on top of the oven paper and once you pass it to the air fryer, cut the paper a little so that it does not touch the resistance and does not burn.
Paint it with milk so as not to waste an egg, and decorate it with seeds, chopped peanuts etc!
