Air Fryer Cauliflower Steak Curry

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven: Set your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Prepare cauliflowers: Cut the cauliflowers into steaks, reserving the smaller leaves.
  3. Season and roast: Rub the cauliflower steaks with 1 tablespoon of curry powder, spray with low-calorie cooking spray, and roast in the oven for 30 minutes. Add the reserved leaves for the last 3-4 minutes.
