Peel the potatoes, rinse them and cut them into thin slices. Do the same with the onion and tomato. Cut the Camembert into slices (with or without the crust).
Arrange the slices in a dish, alternating the vegetables and the cheese.
Pour a drizzle of olive oil over everything. Salt and pepper, sprinkle with spices.
Place in the air fryer at 180°C for 30 minutes, or more, according to your tastes. I cover the dish with aluminum foil so that it doesn’t dry out and/or brown too much.
