Camembert vegetable tian in Air Fryer

Instructions:

  • Peel the potatoes, rinse them and cut them into thin slices. Do the same with the onion and tomato. Cut the Camembert into slices (with or without the crust).
  • Arrange the slices in a dish, alternating the vegetables and the cheese.
  • Pour a drizzle of olive oil over everything. Salt and pepper, sprinkle with spices.
  • Place in the air fryer at 180°C for 30 minutes, or more, according to your tastes. I cover the dish with aluminum foil so that it doesn’t dry out and/or brown too much.
