Berry Burst Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Instructions:

  1. Add the yogurt and all the berries (both frozen and fresh) to your blender or food processor.
  2. Blitz the mixture until it’s smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl.
  4. Take the remaining berries (fresh and frozen) and halve them.
  5. Arrange the halved berries on top of the smoothie in the bowl.
  6. Sprinkle the chia seeds over the top.
