Beef & Cheese Air Fryer Bread

Instructions:

  1. Mix the meat pieces, parsley and garlic powder together and mix to combine. Set aside Mix the yoghurt and the flour together until it forms a dough that holds. When it starts to come together, I turn onto a floured board and knead for a few minutes
  2. until all flour is well incorporated and it’s a smooth dough Prepair fryer to 375°F (190°C). Line the Air fryer with a piece of baking paper, and pop the dough in. Top with Beef mix and grated cheese, put the lid on with a tea towel under the lid to absorb any moisture, Bake For about 7 minutes until crust is crispy and cheese has melted.
  3. Optionally top with basil, grated parmesan, and pepper flakes just before serving.
  4. Enjoy.
