Instructions:
- 1.Prep air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Spray air fryer basket well with oil. Pat mozzarella dry with paper towels (to prevent a soggy pizza).

- 4. Apply sauce in the middle of the prepared dough boat, add ¼ cup mozzarella cubes, processed cheese, chicken cubes, capsicums, cherry tomatoes, red chilli flakes, mixed herbs, hand torn basil leaves, black olives, and add the remaining mozzarella cheese on top. Sprinkle salt, drizzle olive oil,
- 5. Brush the sides of the pizza boat with egg wash. Bake for 10 minutes.
- 6. Take it out of the air fryer and drizzle some olive oil.
- Garnish with basil leaves.
- Cut into rectangle and serve hot.

- Freezing Instructions: Pre-bake crusts and add toppings. Place pizzas on a baking sheet and freeze for 30 minutes, to flash freeze. Then, wrap them tightly in plastic wrap and stack them inside a freezer safe ziplock bag. Freeze for up to 3 months.
- To Air Fry Frozen Pizza: Preheat air fryer to 370 degrees. Cook frozen pizza for 6-8 minutes, or until cheese is melted and crust is crispy.
- Store-bought Pizza Crust: You can use small Boboli or flatbread crusts instead of pizza dough. Skip the step of baking the crust. Add toppings and cook at 370 degrees until cheese has melted and crust is crisp.
- How to Reheat Pizza in Air Fryer: Take leftover pizza out of fridge. Preheat air fryer to 370 degrees. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until hot and crispy.
