The favorite dessert of young and old – delicious creme caramel
A perfect balance of lightness and indulgence – once you’ve mastered making caramel with our step by step guide this favourite is surprisingly easy to make
Spread liquid caramel in the bottom of four ramekins (homemade for me)
Place the ramekins in the drawer in the bowl
In a pitcher, whisk 2 whole eggs with 35 g of sugar
Add 30 cl of milk (whole for me) and two nice pinches of vanilla powder, whisk again and pour into the ramekins
Program your air fryer 180°C 6 min
When ringing, add 6 minutes at 140°C
Let cool before removing the ramekins from the drawer
Once cooled, put in the fridge for at least 4 hours before tasting.
Thanks to the person who made me want to try this idea of making air fryer desserts, it’s the first because I’ve had my device for a month, but not the last
